Upcoming Competition: The York Open

The open will be taking place on the Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March with Men's Epee, Men's Foil and Women's Foil on the Saturday, and Women's Epee, Men's Sabre and Women's Sabre on the Sunday.
The venue is York Railway Institute, which is next door to York Station, good car parking and also York Park and Ride facilities. There are also lots of hotels close by including Premier Inn.
Entries can be made through Sport80, and close Thursday 20th March:
The York Open Tournament has a long history going back to the 1970's and it would be great if you and your fencers support us to bring this back for fencers in the country once again.
We are also recruiting for referees, who will receive £50 per day + reasonable travelling expenses + free refreshments (inc. great pizza!), if you know anyone at your club who would be interested.
